Conditioning training (for employees)

The aim of the training is to increase the body's performance and improve its overall physical fitness. Conditioning workouts combine various forms of exercise, including cardio, strengthening and stretching. It can be useful for anyone who wants to increase their physical capacity and improve their general well-being. Free of charge for university staff.
