Dear Students!
The legendary Balaton Regatta rowing race will be held again this year, and we are looking for faculty team members for the faculty race!
This competition was launched in 1999, based on the idea and support of Zoltán Gaál, the then Rector of the University of Veszprém. The idea was, in a similar spirit to that of the English Oxford-Cambridge universities, to implement the values of rowing and the power of teamwork in a prestigious, noble competition on Lake Balaton. Students from the University of Pannonia's campuses compete in the competition every year, and there are also other categories for academics and former students.
