Preventative back exercises

Mobilisation exercises, establishing correct posture, strengthening necessary muscles and activating/stretching muscles prone to shortening. The aim of the class is to maintain, regain and preserve the healthy functioning and flexibility of our bodies. Free of charge for university employees. Registration is required to attend the class.
