This programme, managed by the Institute of Physical Education and Sport at the University of Pannonia, helps elite athletes with their academic progress. The procedure for biannual tasks:
- Athlete application to STP: 31/08/2026 - 09/09/2026.

As Administration under the menu item Profile please update your details in the submenu, with particular attention to Best results section where the sports results from the past 1 year are to be indicated (Name of competition, venue, date, name of event, placing).
Following this, at the bottom of the page Save and activate semester Clicking the button completes the application process.
- Application approval: ongoing until 11/09/2026
- Signing of cooperation agreement via Neptun request: continuously until 18.09.2026
The conclusion of the cooperation agreement takes place online, in the form of a Neptun request (Sport and Studies Programme request). Please submit the request as soon as possible following the acceptance of your application! In the request, you can indicate which Physical Education subject you are requesting the signature for, citing your active sports performance.
- Assessment of preferential study schedule requests (exclusively with an attached accepted Cooperation Agreement): continuously until 18.09.2026
In the case of applying for a special study schedule: As soon as the status of the above request becomes „TSI request accepted”, clicking on the request will display the „Download form” button. The certificate downloadable from here entitles you to apply for a special study schedule within the framework of separate requests for each subject. In the case of applying for a special study schedule, please contact your instructor as soon as possible and consult with them regarding further details!
- Publication of the sports scholarship call for applications for members of the Sport and Study Programme: 28.09.2026.
- Submission of sports scholarship: by 05.10.2026
- Assessment of sports scholarship: By the deadline specified in the call for applications
- Scholarship disbursement: Ongoing
