Veszprém sets out to break world records: thousands of people needed for the final

Start the day with movement in the morning

  • Between 9.30 and 11 am, participants can run with high knees on the Old Town Square.
  • The joint warm-up will be led by Attila Katus, six-time world and two-time European champion in track and field, followed by the record attempt.

Four Guinness World Record attempts are in the pipeline:

  • High-knee run - 30 seconds, with a joint warm-up in the Old Town Square (9.30-11.00)
  • Running in one place - for two minutes, with thousands of participants (14.00-15.30)
  • One-leg hop - 20-second record attempt with at least 1304 people (16.00-17.30)
  • 12-hour relay 100 metres - continuous run at the Megyeház Square (8.00-20.00)
